Order & Dispatch Process
Once an order has been received, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, confirming receipt of order as well as order details.
 
We will endeavor to dispatch orders 1st class mail on the day of receipt of order (subject to the item being in stock). A confirmation email response will be sent by email to confirm that the item has been dispatched.
 
If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either email or telephone at which point we can advise when the item will come into stock and discuss whether you require to cancel that part of the order or wait until it comes into stock.
 
We will endeavor to dispatch orders 1st class mail on the day of receipt of order (subject to the item being in stock and the customer credit card authenticity checks being satisfactory).

If you would like to know the current status of your order, you can view your order status or history for previous orders by logging into your account details 'My Account' section.
 
Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you receive any product which is damaged or faulty we ask you to notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please return damaged or faulty items to our head office address below. We will then replace the faulty goods.
 
We will accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within 10 days from the day after you receive the goods. You will need to pay for the refunds.
 
We reserve the right to stop repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy.

 
You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money within 30 days of return of the goods. The cost of postage & packaging for returning the goods will be paid by the customer.
